Submission and dispatch

SLOW is primarily used for larger batch mailings that need to be sent affordably. Submission is on Tuesday, and delivery is spread out over the following week.

FAST shipping is rapid delivery within 48-hours. Approximately 50% of the mail is delivered within 24 hours, and the other 50% within 48 hours. This is primarily used for time-critical mail (birthday cards) and drip campaigns.

Every order (received by API request) on workdays before the 6:00 am deadline is printed and sent the same day. Every API request is processed and executed immediately, unless a different send date has been entered. The send date is the date that we print and mail the item, it is not the delivery date.

Mail is not delivered on Sundays, Mondays and public holidays.
