Batch shipping is the most economical way to send large quantities of cards at once (minimum 300 pieces). Ideal for direct mail or marketing campaigns with one design.
Instead of sending each card separately (as with drip shipping), batch shipping sends one large group of cards at once. It is a more economical option, where the delivery takes a little longer.

Shipping only to Dutch addresses
Formats: A5 and A6
Deadline: Tuesday 11:59 PM
Delivery: spread over the following week, usually on Thursday and Friday
Sender address mandatory
You can deliver a batch in two ways: manually via a CSV file or automatically via the API.
Easily upload a CSV with addresses. You can link the columns to the merge fields in your Design Template so that the correct data (such as name or address) ends up in the right place.
Do you use the API? Then you can automatically create and send batches. This is useful if you regularly want to send larger mailings. Read more about this in our API Documentation.
Use one consistent design for batch shipping. You can personalize the text, for example, by showing the name, product image, or a unique discount code for each recipient.
Deliver your batch no later than Tuesday before 11:59 PM.
Processing starts on the night of Tuesday to Wednesday.
The cards are then delivered spread over the following week.
